Copyright/Trademark Infringement Report Form

If you believe any content on a Forever Network site or social media platform is infringing on your rights please fill out the below form and we will respond to you as a matter of urgency. We strongly recommend you contact us before you contact a third party platform, such as Facebook or Google. For questions please email [email protected]

Please note that filling a report of intellectual property infringement on Facebook or Google is a serious matter with legal consequences. Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that a product or content is infringing on your copyright could be liable for damages pursuant to the applicable laws in their respective jurisdiction. There are cases, for example where a company that sent an infringement notice where the content was covered by fair use was ordered to pay costs and attorneys fees. That company agreed to pay over $100,000 USD.

If you are unsure, we suggest you contact an attorney first
